WE NEED YOUR HELP!

The two important events that we are in desperate need of are volunteers for - LUNCHROOM and ZERO THE HERO.

Lunchroom help is where parents come in and assist the kids while they are eating lunch. Give them napkins, straws and just monitor the kids. Without this help, the lunchroom can get very noisy, a lot of mischief occurs and some of the children are not able to finish their lunch within the time allowed due to the distractions. Even if you are able to help out once a week or even once a month, your help will be deeply appreciated!

Zero the Hero is done every 10th day of school up until the 100th day of school. Volunteers will come in and put on the "Zero" costume (there is a mask so the kids don't know who you are) and visit all the Kindergarten and Early Start Program classrooms for about 3-4 minutes each. There is a theme/prop that is provided by the teachers to use. Zero doesn't speak! Zero helps the kids learn to count to 100. So we are in need to fill 10 different spots. If you feel that you would be able to fill in 1 or 2 (or more) of these desperately needed spots please let us know as soon as you can.
