For your convenience, the forms are provided in both Word (you can open or download, add/edit as necessary & print) and also as a .pdf file (for those that don't have Word). Please double check party dates and times before sending home flyers because each classroom is different.

Finally, please use the Pleasant Ridge PTA logo on anything you send home that's a PTA event. You can download the logo as a .jpg or as a .psd (below). Just right-click on the one you want, and select "Save Target as", then choose where to save it on your pc. The logo is rather large to allow you to re-size the way you would like.
If you'd like a smaller logo (below), just right-click the logo & select "Save Picture as", then select where you'd like to save to your pc. Thanks again!
